Egg Drop Soup

2 c chicken broth
ground ginger
ground garlic
pepper
optional: creamed corn!
1 egg, lightly beaten

boil chicken broth
turn off heat
slowly drizzle in egg while stirring broth constantly with a fork
optionally garnish with green onion

i don't think this was worth making again unless i add creamed corn and/or more salt.
