Fish Glaze

Not sure where this is from

2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 5-oz can pineapple chunks, undrained 
   OR
3 oz OJ + 2 oz applesauce + 2 tbsp brown sugar

I think you put this on the fish while baking, then serve over rice?
