2/24/2004 Graham Cracker Crust Based on Pie & Tart and Betty Crocker Cookbook recipes 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 c graham crackers, finely crushed (about 1 package, or 20 squares) 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 3 tbsp sugar (try 2 tbsp next time - pie was really sweet) Preheat oven to 350. Mix well. Pat into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan. (Hint: use a measuring cup to smooth out the bottom and sides.) Bake about 7 minutes.
