Tofu Sour Cream

pretty good substitute for sour cream

1/2 container soft tofu
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp olive oil

optional, depending on what the sour cream is for:
lime juice
chicken broth
raw garlic adds a good kick

next time: try adding a little sugar or honey
